Over 12 hours, 250 concrete trucks delivered the foundation for the 38-story tower, setting the stage for this transformative waterfront project. With cranes rising soon and completion expected in 2027, the development will feature luxurious amenities including pools, restaurants, a spa, 200 condos, and 200 hotel rooms, redefining Tampa’s skyline.
